Some quiz activities have configurations that prevent viewing the review of previous submissions. But the UI we're using in the app is confusing and it isn't consistent with the LMS.

In the LMS, when a review can be seen there is a button to open it. The submissions where the review is closed off, don't show a button and say when they will be available instead.

In the app, when no review is available the third column is hidden completely, so we're already missing some info (when they will available). Additionally, when a review is available the 3rd column is displayed, and the review can be seen properly. But the other submissions say "not yet graded", which is incorrect (the submissions are graded, but you cannot see the results).
