Create new dropdown kebab menu tag with all the actions for the "List view" and "Single view" templates in App

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. Add the ##actionsmenu## tag to the list view and single view templates of a database. The following databases in master site already have it:
        1. Database testing > New database using all field types English
        2. Database testing > Database with entries requiring approval and comments enabled
      2. In the app, check that you can see the same options as in LMS (browser) with the same user (except an Export option if present in LMS, that one isn't supported in the app). The options that can be present are: Show more, Delete, Restore (to undelete entries deleted in offline, this one is only present in the app), Edit, Approve, Undo approval.
        1. Please notice you shouldn't see actions that you cannot do, e.g. you shouldn't see the Edit button if you don't have permissions to edit.
      3. Check that clicking each option performs the right action.
