This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. Multiple choice quizzes should be rendered properly, instead of showing html text (like the screenshot attached in this issue). Other question types could also have been affected, so this should be tested with multiple question types. The only relevant change is related with text rendering though, so it's not necessary to test all the submission and answering logic.
