Quiz questions in Mobile app incorrectly displaying span class = "sr-only"

I have just upgraded a Moodle site to 4.1 and am testing the mobile app as part of this.

When I am in a quiz at the top of each question it is showing the following code:

<span class = "sr-only"> Question 2</span>

I am aware that this is an accessibility feature to tell a screen reader user that they are on Question 2 - but this shouldn't be visible to a non-screen reader user.
