In v4.0.2, when you download a whole week on the course downloads page, a progress bar appears while the download is in progress. However, this progress bar currently stays at 0% until the download is complete, at which point the bar then disappears.
 

 
 
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open App v4.0.2 and enter a module.
2. Open the Course Downloads page and find a week that contains multiple downloadable items.
3. Download this week using the full week download button.
4. Observe the appearance of the download progress bar.

 
Expected outcome:
We expect that it should reflect the progress of the download in some way.
 
Actual outcome:
The download progress bar remains at 0% until the download is complete, at which point it disappears.
