When trying to connect to a non-Moodle url (or a misconfigured Moodle site, for that matter), the error title should say "Can't connect to site" rather than "Site not found".

      Hi,

Recently, among other things, it was changed that when the app couldn't access a site and the app isn't sure it was a Moodle site the string shown was 'Site not found' (string core.sitenotfound) and when the app is sure that it was a Moodle site the string said 'Can't connect to site' (string core.cannotconnect).

(I think previously the app shown 'We're having trouble connecting to your site'.)

(This is a personal impression so don't take my words at face value.) We (Apps team) receive emails regarding not being able to access a site. I think most of them mention 'Site not found', mostly from non English native speakers.
I was originally thinking that users didn't understand 'Site not found' correctly. Now I think that this happens because those issues are more common than the ones were the app knows it is a Moodle site.
That said, I am still wondering if 'Site not found' doesn't imply for some people that it is not listed on the list the app shows of similar sites.
So I was wondering if we could change it to 'Can't connect to site'
