Support inline Font Awesome icons

      To be tested on iOS and Android.

      This is a big change but it will only affect texts coming from the LMS Webservices.
      Before the change, he fontawesome icons were discarded. Now, they are translated into ion-icons (so many may change and not be shown).

      To test the issue:

      • Check on the online users block there's a "comment" icon at the right of each connected user (that is not yourself).
      • Clicking on the icon, a chat with the user should be shown.

    Description

      Since adoption of font awesome the app is not supporting icons with <i> tag inside core-format text. This causes that many icons should be manually override with ion-icons to work

      So we need to include that CSS to display correctly the whole library of icons inside core-format-text or rewrite code only in this case (like in grades or quiz).
