Quiz preflight modal is redundant

At the moment, when a quiz has some preflight configured (for example, timer or a password), it shows a modal with the actions necessary start it (pressing a button, introducing a password, etc.).

However, if this modal is closed, the player screen is show with a button that actually starts the attempt (or opens the modal again if it required some user input, like the password).

Given that it is sort of redundant, it could be better to just render the preflight form in the player.
