Most of the use cases are already covered in behat. Test on a device of your choice. Enter to site 4.4 (master) which is already configured to contact the DPO officer. On the user menu you'll find Data Privacy link. It will open a page with all the requests (on tablet with a table format). Check you can cancel any requests (with cancellable statuses). Check you can contact DPO. Check you can create a new export and delete request. Check you can see the status, creation date, message of the requests and it's updated when the admin or DPO change the status (using web). Check you can download requests when ready. You'll have to Create an export request, approve it by the admin/dpo, run cron. Use a user with not a lot of data or the cron won't finish. Check disabling the feature (data privacy) from LMS admin page, data privacy is not shown on the user menu.
