On Participants, Grades, .. in split view (tablet), I see first the 'This page will appear blank if the left panel is empty or is loading', then the loading page, and then the content.

This was discussed with Noel on MOBILE-4188, and he mentioned:
Yes it's normal that we see the "This page will appear blank..." message. That's actually the placeholder that is always shown on split views, and it's the one that I initially thought was being shown too much time and wanted to improve. But after looking at the code, I realized it was a problem with the page so I didn't change any of this. We could still improve this by doing what Juan mentioned of showing a loading first and timing out to that, but given that it's related with all split-views and not only this one I think we should take a closer look and do it in a separate issue for 4.3.

So I am opening this issue
