This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device, it should be an Android because it allows inspecting files in the device. H5P packages should continue working fine. This will be tested thoroughly in our pre-release test. Login in our master site and play several H5P packages. I recommend playing this one because it contains a lot of libraries: H5P Reports > H5P packages with tracking and grading > MOBILE-3917  (fixed by editing the package) Now go to the More menu and go to App Settings > About > Moodle Mobile 4.5.0. Annotate the string that appears at the end of "Site info", it's a 32 character word that contains number and letters. It appears right below the site version. You will need in the next step, use it when it says "{SITEID}". Open a Files / FileManager app in the Android device, go to see all files or SDCard files, and then open the folder: Android/data/com.moodle.moodlemobile/sites/{SITEID}/h5p/libraries. Check that there is no folder whose name starts with "H5PEditor".
