      This issue needs to be tested by a developer.

      In Android, native http requests should NOT include the Accept-Charset header. This can be tested, for example, by trying to add a new site in the app and inspecting the network in Android Studio.

    Description

      Same as MDL-78198, but for requests sent from the Moodle App.
