Login in master site.

Go to MM Dev Testing course > Record RTC.

Open "Page with RecordRTC media". Check that all the audios and videos work. Please notice that the progress bar might not work (the same happens in browser).

In LMS this plugin will be updated. In the app we have an adaptation of this plugin. The changes done are:

Update ogv to ^1.8.9 and video.js to ^7.17.0. In the app we already have 1.8.9 and 7.21.1, so no changes needed here.
Some checks now also handle iPad, not just iPhone. These changes needs to be applied in the app too.
