Support the new social custom user profile field

      This issue only needs to be test in one device. Make sure that the site you're using for testing has custom profile fields of the type "social" (website, skype, MSN ID, etc.).

      1. Log into the app and browse the profile of a user with these fields completed, you should see them appear in the UI.
      2. Enable creating new accounts from the app. Make sure that completing the signup form in the app shows the social fields, and filling them properly populate them on the user profile once the account has been created.

    Description

      It was introduced in 3.11 and it seems is not supported in the app.

      This can be tested in 4.2, there is a profile field called "Web page" that is returned by WebServices but not displayed in the user profile in the app.
