This issue should be tested by a dev because need edit moodle.config.json and need run the app with npm start . Add the legalDisclaimer with an url to the moodle.config.json file. Run the webapp with npm start , login into a site and go to More > App Settings > About. It should appear a new link called "Legal disclaimer". Remove the legalDisclaimer property from the moodle.config.json file. Go to More > App Settings > About. The "Legal disclaimer" link shouldn't be shown.
