This issue can be tested in Android or iOS, but it doesn't require to be tested in both.

Login in LMS as admin and add an HTML block in the sidebar with some content.

Login in the app and check that the created block is shown correctly.

Create another HTML block in the same place but in this case, the block should be empty.

Check in the app that the empty block is not shown in the sidebar.

We are displaying an empty block when we receive empty html content, so we have to avoid it.
