This issue needs to be tested in Android only.

      1. Install the app in an Android 9 or older device (make sure the app wasn't installed before, it should be a clean install).
      2. Login in any site.
      3. Go to private files (or any place where you can add files) and click to add a new file.
      4. Select the option "Camera". The app should ask permissions for the camera and to access files in the device.
      5. Accept both permissions. Check the camera is displayed and you can take and upload a photo.

When an user tries to upload an image from the camera to private files, it cannot do it if he doesn't allow read external storage (Android permission).

This only happens in old android versions. Tested in 8.1 and 9.0.
