Remove redundant error when a wiki is empty

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In a Moodle site as teacher, create a Collaborative wiki with no groups (there is one in our master site > MM Dev Testing > Wikis > Empty collab, NO groups).
      2. In the app, login as a student enrolled in the course.
      3. Open the wiki. Check that the app says "There is no content for this page" and you don't see a modal saying "This wiki does not have any content yet.".
      4. Check that you can see the button to create the page.

      If a wiki doesn't have any subwiki created yet, we display an error saying:

      This wiki does not have any content yet.

      At the same time, the page displays the message:

      There is no content for this page

      Both messages are quite similar so it seems redundant. IMO it's better to just leave the one in the page (like an empty state).

      Also, when the first error appears the user doesn't see the create button even if he has permissions to create pages.
