Android multiple audio files in page breaks

How to reproduce easily. 

New course add two pages.

Page one add 3-5 mp3 audios and in the second one same 3-5 audios

Fail to get from storage

   GET http://localhost/_app_file_/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.app.testmoodle/sites/13b2d0222883afde485edc18b1cd5503/filepool/%E1%84%8B%E1%85%A3%E1%84%80%E1%85%AE_edce22de21a77a5e29f848c6f8947716.mp3 net::ERR_FAILED

When close and enter in the app for second time and is already donwloaded works fine.

Seems a problem with the storage and audio files.

Tried ogg/mp4/mp3 same error in with all format and only on android devices.

QUIZ audios works perfect checked and url in the audios is full link to moodle website it didn't download and works 100% fine
