Consistent support to LMS 4.3 activity mime file type icons

      Test on any device of your choice (using any user):

      Site 4.0 onwards

      1. Go to files and check files show Black and White icon corresponding to the type of the file. (if no file is available, update some)
      2. Go to any resource file activity and check on the course and on the main activity page the new icons (white and blue) are shown corresponding to the type of the main file.
      3. Go to any url activity and check on the course and on the main activity page the new icons (white and blue) are shown corresponding to the type of the main file. Note, for the most of the urls if they are not pointing to a file but a website (or unknown), the normal globe will be shown.

      Site 3.11 downwards

      • Test the same, but old colourful icons have to be shown (corresponding always to the type of file (except urls to websites).

      Very importantly, we should support the custom mime file-type icons that can be included in themes for both LMS 4.3 and before.

      This is mostly for BMAs:

      • BMA 4.3 connecting to LMS 3.9 with custom file-type icons
      • BMA 4.3 connecting to LMS 4.3 with custom file-type icons

       

      This issue will implement the changes form MDL-78884 and MDL-78285 (in advance).
      For both of them, new svg icons will be used (backported) from LMS version 4.0 onwards to improve the general look and feel and reduce code complexity.

      Also changes made on MDL-78884 removing some icons (some specific audio, video, image formats) have been backported also to legacy icons, removing them as well.

      Changes from MDL-67271 are not affecting this issue because we usually use svg everywhere.
