If a quiz is configured to be taken offline, the questions are not saved until the whole quiz is submitted. Besides potentially losing information, this creates an inconsistency because the summary page before submitting indicates all answers as "saved", but opening them again displays "Answer not yet saved".

The problem seems to be in the processAttempt method in AddonModQuizProvider, but it may not be as trivial to fix as it sounds.
