This issue needs to be tested in an iPad with iOS 17 or higher and an iPad with iOS 16 or older. You can use browserstack or similar if needed.

      iOS 16 or older

The app should behave as it used to:

      1. YouTube full screen shouldn't work. In our testing sites, you can check it in "Dev testing course > Resource: Page > Youtube videos". Please notice that this works in iPhone, but not in iPad.
      2. In H5P packages that support full screen, like "Drag and drop" or "Course presentation", clicking the full screen button inside the H5P package will trigger our "fake" full screen (the black toolbar) instead of iOS native fullscreen. In our testing sites, you can check it in "H5P reports > Drag and drop".

      iOS 17 or higher

      1. YouTube full screen should work now in iPad too. In our testing sites, you can check it in "Dev testing course > Resource: Page > Youtube videos".
      2. In H5P packages that support full screen, like "Drag and drop" or "Course presentation", clicking the full screen button inside the H5P package should now trigger the iOS native fullscreen. In our testing sites, you can check it in "H5P reports > Drag and drop".
      3. In both cases, after leaving full screen, rotate the device and check that the app resizes as it should. In iOS 16 or older there is an iOS bug that makes the app stop resizing after leaving full screen, so you could end up with the app not filling the full screen or being bigger than the screen (see MOBILE-4072 for more details about the bug). This shouldn't happen anymore in iOS 17.

Only with Ipad a linked Youtube Video is not shown in full screen. I can see the button for fullscreen but i get the information the browser does not support this function.
It works fine on Iphone and Moodle App. Video is shown in full screen.
