Go to LMS and create some links of different query param formats for example: json, plain text, etc. (Should be external links, avoid use app or site links)

Open the app and try every link created. They should work properly.

When an user creates a link with params encoded, we are decoding it unnecessarily before opening and iOS browsers cannot open these kind of links.
