Improve the experience when attempting connecting to a site which doesn't support the app

      • Connecting to a site which doesn't support the app should show an error with a button to open the site in a browser. This can happen on purpose (for example, if the mobile webservices are not enabled) or by some misconfiguration (for example, if logging in is returning an error unrelated to invalid credentials).
      • Connect to a site which does support the app and introduce wrong login credentials, it should show an error with a message 'Invalid login, please try again'. (Currently, 4.4dev April 11th, it says Can't connect to site: The site "AAA" is not available right now. Please try again later or contact your school or learning provider.

When you attempt to connect to a site which doesn't support the app you get a fairly rough technical error. This should be improved into a much smoother experience and make it clear that there is nothing wrong with the app, or the site, and the user didn't make an error either and that this is expected.

Here is an example using the moodle academy:

All of the various normal reasons why the site can't work should be explained clearly, at least:

      1. the site doesn't have web services on
      2. the site does has web services but the app is no setup

In all cases it should smoothly redirect the user to use the site in the browser and not just be a dead end in the app
