During MOBILE-4304 it has been discovered that recent versions of Chrome no longer support using filesystem URLs in iframes.

This only affects us on browser environments, given that in native environments we're relying on the Ionic Webview. But that limitation means that we'll no longer be able to use these features during development without a device emulator, nor in Behat tests.
