      Hi,

      On MOBILE-4166 dominicgagne mentioned:
With Moddle 4.1.6, when I record my voice using Atto's record button, the extension .ogg isn't added to the file into the source code.
Therefore, the sound can be played on computers, but not on iOS and iPadOS devices.
With Moodle 4.1.4, it worked. Also, it doesn't work with newer versions of Moodle (4.3).

I checked it using an iPad iOS 17.1.1 and the previous RecordRTC content (audio and video) as well as the new one (audio recorded using a Windows) does not playback. I found MDL-80114 that suggests that if you record it using an iPad it works, and it does.
