In MOBILE-2768 we supported accepting optional policies after login. However, a user that wants to sign up should be able to view and accept all policies (including optional ones) before creating the account. Right now in signup it's only possible to accept the mandatory policies.

As a temporary workaround, the idea in MOBILE-2768 is to call the WS tool_policy_get_user_acceptances when a user logins in the app for the first time, and if we detect that there is a policy that hasn't been accepted we redirect the user to the page to accept the policies.
