This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

In a 4.4 site, check that the "Data privacy" and the "Policies and agreements" options don't appear in the user menu if you disabled the feature in Site administration > Mobile features.

Please notice that this doesn't affect accepting policies after login, that part will work the same even if you disabled the feature.
