Synchronise now (in the user preferences) should display a toast/message when the process has completed

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In the app, login in a site.
      2. Open user menu > Preferences.
      3. Click the synchronise button. Check that you see a "Site synchronisation completed." message when the sync process completes.
