Hi,

We should review the changes done in ~~MDL-74610~~ and apply them in the app too if needed.

I see the following changes:

On the summary of the attempt it should be displayed the grade items for students

For teachers on the quiz report the can see them:

Not sure if this information should be added on the teacher's view (course > Grades > select a user > unfold the grade of a quiz)
