This happens for example in the URL field when adding a new site, or in the username field.

In Android, tapping somewhere in the input to move the cursor does nothing.

In iOS, moving the finder along the input doesn't move the cursor either. Also, double tapping closes and opens the keyboard instead of selecting the text.
