Make it work with fullname as well (as a fallback if firstnatme and lastname are not set)

Notification images on the notifications page (and in the notifications details page):

For eventtype = newlogin: If we receive an avatar URL in the customdata field but it is the default system profile image, we display the iconurl if set, if not we use our default bell.
