Test this issue in 1 Android and 1 iOS device to make sure it looks ok. In a 4.5dev Moodle site, go to "Site admin > Plugins > Manage filters" and make sure that the filters "Activity names auto-linking" and "MathJax" are set to "On" and "Content and headings". Create a quiz with 3 drag and drop questions: drag and drop into text, drag and drop onto image, drag and drop markers. In the draggables, add filters like MathJax and the name of another activity in the course. In our master site there is a quiz already creating in our dev testing course, named " MOBILE-4587 Drag and drop including filters". In the app, attempt the quiz and check that the content is displayed ok and you can successfully answer the question. In the case of links, check that you can click the link and the right activity will be opened in the app. Please notice that, for the "drag and drop into text" question, if a draggable has more than one line but the others don't it will be aligned differently. This also happens in LMS, I opened MDL-82631 . Please note that filter "Activity names auto-linking" is not working in review (and feedback) on d&d answers due to MDL-83166
