Test on one device of your choice: This issue is about matching icons from LMS on the app. The problem found here is that there were many icons indicating correctness that doesn't match since last LMS update. Check correctness icons on quiz reviews: Correct (double check), partially correct (single check) and incorrect (cross). Special attention on ordering question type. You can compare it to LMS. On gradebook: Check manual item grades have changed the icon to a pen on a square. Previously was only an empty square.
