Rich text editor toolbar - Equation editor

      The rich text editor on the mobile app has no equation editor on the toolbar.  Students who are doing quizzes or responding to forum discussions in STEM disciplines are being disadvantaged by this limitation.  

      There is no way to use Operators, Arrows, Greek Symbols or Advanced mathematical TeX commands.
