Drag-drop onto image question should use blog data from HTML not AMD params

      AMD params have a limit 1024 characters

      so when Drag-drop onto image have a big blob data, it will causing warning on Moodle website.

      So after MDL-66584 implemented

      We need to re-write the logic to support the new changes.
