Courses are not displayed as "available offline/downloaded" after bulk downloaded unless the user clicks on the three dots menu

      To reproduce:

      • Go to school.moodledemo.net (log in as student) or another site such as 39
      • Click to download "My courses"
      • After courses are downloaded the only way to see the "downloaded/offline" green icon at the right of the title is by clicking the three dots menu
