Right now users are not clearly advised inside an activity whether it was updated since the last time they visited it.

To reproduce:

• Create a page with some content
• Using the mobile app access to that content and download it
• As admin/teacher update the page content
• Wait some time and access again to the content
• You don't see any warning unless you open the "i" icon and then the download button re-activate

Expected:

• Notify somewhat that the content was updated and allow to easily tap on a refresh action or similar so they can access the most recent content
