User menu is not checking if current page can leave

      1. Login into a site that add pages with plugins without canLeave hook.
      2. Go to the page added by the plugin.
      3. Logout or switch account should leave the page immediately without any advice.

      When a user is located inside a page created by a plugin, he cannot logout or switch account.
