See attached video the keyboard close, opens, close and re-open doing a flicking effect that does not look ok it also does not auto-scroll the screen to the bottom

To reproduce:

• Go to a course with the comments block and try to add a comment (in master site,
  Course with blocks)
• Add a comment

Expected:

• The keyboard closes, the comment is created and the toast is displayed at the bottom (auto-scrolling)

We need to review this behaviour in other areas with this component is used such as chat
