Some of the warning/info messages displayed in the list of discussions of forums do not match the messages displayed in LMS.

1. When using groups, the message "You are not able to create a discussion because you are not a member of any group. " is not displayed. There is a bug related to this message in LMS: MDL-83558
2. When using groups, messages "Adding discussions to this forum requires group membership." and "You do not have permission to add a new discussion topic for all participants." should be warnings instead of info messages.
3. In forums of type "Each person posts one discussion" the following message is not displayed: "This forum allows each person to start one discussion topic. "
4. In forums with "Post threshold for blocking" enabled the following info message should be displayed: "'his forum has a limit to the number of forum postings you can make in a given time period [...]"
