Root URLs from other sites should be consistent with non-root URL. The student should know if they accept they will leave the current site

How to reproduce it

1. Locate a place where there are a root URL to a different LMS site and a non-root URL to a different LMS site
   
2. Check that if you tap on the non-root URL to a different LMS site, the app lets the user know they are going to leave that site. If the user is ok with that, then it is opened.
   
3. Check that if you tap on the root URL to a different LMS site, the other site is opened directly
