This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. Create 2 quizzes that will be closed soon. Configure one of them to allow reviewing in all cases and the other one to never allow it (disable all options in 'Immediately after the attempt', 'Later, while the quiz is still open' and 'After the quiz is closed'. With a student, perform an attempt in each quiz. Before the quiz is closed, check that you see the review button in the quiz that allows it and you don't see it in the other. Wait for the quizzes to close. Check that both quizzes display the review button now. In the quiz where it's allowed, clicking Review should display the attempt review. In the other quiz, clicking Review should open a new page that will display an error saying you cannot review the attempt.
