If a user cannot attempt the quiz (before the open date, after the close date, no questions added, ..), the user will see 'This Quiz has offline data to be synchronised' on the app.

I can reproduce the issue both using a 5.0dev site (master) and a 4.4 site. (Using a 4.4app I cannot reproduce the issue neither with a 5.0dev site (master) and a 4.4 site.)
