Open moodle.config.json and set the key called "collapsibleItemsExpanded" to `true`.

Go to any course with collapsible items. These items should be expanded by default now.

Open moodle.config.json again and set the mentioned key to `false`.

This is a very requested customisation that it will be good if can be done via config.json

I propose to create a new option:
forceCollapsibleTextExpanded - default to false

That when is set to true it will show all the collapsible text areas expanded by default.

Please, do not forget to document this in the doc where all the vars are explained.
