This could happen because of two reasons:
1 - A site is not found in the DB, although in this screen it should not be the case if the site is already shown
2 - The tokens cannot be retrieved from the secure storage (keystore) by any reason
Regardless of the previous, we should:
- Try to log and put in the error log available in the Developer option the reason
- Offer a nicer message/workardoun to the user, for example, if we cannot retrieve it mark the token as expired and ask the user to re-connect (so at least they can use the app site without having to remove it)
