This issue should be tested in Android and iOS. Create a quiz with a lot of questions. As student in the app, do an attempt. In the review page, check that first you see one page at a time instead of all questions in one page. Click to see all questions in one page. Check that the app behaves fine, it doesn't lag or freeze. Scroll until you reach question 10. Check that the question 11 to 20 are loaded now (it uses infinite loading). Please notice that after rendering a lot of questions you can get performance issues too in iOS. Click to view one page at a time and then click to view all questions in one page (this is to restart infinite loading). Open the side menu using the top-right icon. Click to view a question in a "high" position (e.g. 50, 70, 90...). Check that the app displays a loading and, after that, it scrolls to the question you selected.
