Please notice you need to test this in Moodle 2.9 or 3.0 since upload to 3.1 is temporarily disabled.

      1. Configure your Moodle site to use a small max file size
        • Site administration ▶︎ Security ▶︎ Site policies ▶︎ Maximum uploaded file size
      2. Configure your Moodle site to use a small userquota.
        • Site administration ▶︎ Security ▶︎ Site policies ▶︎ User quota
      3. Now try to upload a file higher than the max file size using the app. It doesn't matter the option: album, camera, file, shared file, etc. Check that you get an error saying that the file size is higher than the limit.
      4. Now try to upload a file with less size than the limit. Check that the file is successfully uploaded.
      5. Now upload files until you reach the user quota. Try to upload a new file using the app that makes you surpass the quota. Check that an error is returned saying that you reached the quota.

We need a way to detect when the quota is exceeded preferably before the file upload

We should implement a Web Service for returning the user environment settings so we can avoid this type of errors
