Option to set the browser app

could it be possible to add an option to set the browser app?

The standard browser for iOS devices is Safari. The Safari browser only uploads files from the camera roll (jpg, png, mp4, m4v). But the Safari browser is not able to upload all other files (for example txt, doc, pdf, epub, zip).

Therefor we are using iCab mobile. This is an alternative browser which can upload every file format. It would be nice if we could start the Moodle session with Moodle mobile and for all browser use we can choose the browser app by a optional setting in Moodle mobile.
