We've been able to get moodle mobile working with CAS on IOS (using moodle 2.8) but when attempting to login with android when it returns to the moodle mobile app it prompts you to enter the url for the moodle site again. This was replicated on 3 android devices, 1 of which was completely up-to-date. the other 2 were a couple of dot releases behind.
